Great location and very walkable. Mybonly complaint is the road noise, which Ibknownyou really cant do anything about but a fan in the room would help by creating white noise to drown out the road noise.

The neighborhood good, nice location near the beach restaurant and grocery store, but the main door entrance odd the building was constantly open . The room was spacious but the Air conditioner was too loud and I found a cockroach walking around on the kitchen wall

The property is centrally located in South Beach, making it an excellent choice. The one-bedroom loft was perfect for a single traveler. I enjoyed using the balcony both in the morning and at night. However, the apartment is located above a restaurant, which can be quite noisy at times. Overall, I recommend it because of its amenities, convenient location, and cleanliness.

Good location. No key, just code so smooth check in/out. Small kitchen in the room. Streetside rooms can be a bit noisy, although it didn't bother me. No luxury, but good value for the price. I would stay again.

Great location. The building was never locked even after hours. The property is very run down. The toilet was broken, the water in the bathroom trickled out of the sink and shower. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work. The entrance to the building was dirty.
