「This resort is beautiful! It was very clean ans the staff were beyond pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance. The beach is gorgeous. 「We love the Hyatt! We got married there in 2003 and try to go back every year on our anniversary. The staff is wonderful. The accommodations are always. Excellent. We have never had a bad experience at the Hyatt. Hopefully we’ll be able to go back again in October for our 23rd anniversary. 」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
