「Clean. Friendly staff. Ample amenities. Open and secured parking. Pool. Coffee. Breakfast. Tho was a good deal rather than staying in French Quarters paying more plus valet parking $$. This one didn’t have coffee in the room. It iron was there. Overall very convenient.wry cozy.」

「Not at all what we expected after reading the good reviews on Expedia. Hotel parking lot view is obstructed from any other areas, so no one except someone at the hotel could see vandalism, signs there saying hotel is not responsible for theft or damage. No front desk clerk was there for check-in, it took almost twenty minutes to find someone. Once checked in we made it to the floor of our room and it STUNK, like really bad mildew smell. And there was an AC at the end of the hall squealing like...

「We arrived and were first given a room with a dirty bathroom and tub. We requested another room and were moved, but the second room was not much better. The tub in the new room would not drain, and we were told there was nothing they could do about it during our stay. Things got worse when the toilet clogged and the room phone did not work, so we had to use our cell phone to contact the front desk. Around 6 PM, we were told there was no maintenance staff available to plunge the toilet. The...

「They did not refill the soap or shampoo in the shower. I didn’t realize it until I was already in the shower. The pit 10 sheets of toilet paper in the Kleenex box instead of putting a new box in, who does that??? The TV didn’t work in our room. Wa really disappointed considering what we paid to stay there.」

「The room was fine. The only thing is that I feel certain things were not cleaned well. Stains on doors and walls, in multiple spots; starting with the door of the room before you actually walk in. Also the baseboards were visibly stained. I did ask to check in early I feel like they could have said we will not have the room available until it’s time for check in. Because that’s when the room was actually available. Valet was efficient. Housekeeping came. I did enjoy my stay and would book again.」
