"The issue that seems to be a continuous complaint at this location is check in time. If check in time says 4 I do not expect to be told( let alone watch multiple groups behind me be told) that the rooms aren't ready and that they would call me when they finish. If the role was reversed and I stayed in my room after check out there would be no question as to whether or not I would be charged. I asked when the rooms might be ready and was given a blank stare and then told " no clue" like I was asking something unreasonable. There is no excuse for a room to not be ready by check in time. Second was the rooms. I called in to the direct location not the customer service line and spoke to someone the same morning. I asked specifically if it were possible to get the two rooms close together. The indivudual told me yes and even went as far as to quote the two room numbers. Upon showing up I was told that the conversation was not notated anywhere and we would be separated by half the hotel. I explained the call and situation and was again told no. It was finally corrected but the complete apathy from this individual who seemed to be some sort of manager was remarkable. The hotel itself was great. Location Was very good, and just about everything else about the stay was good. But these two things stand out as major issues. If you are going to state your rooms aren't ready you should immediately be ready to offer a discounted rate. Im paying for that room at the hours agreed."
