The staff, location, and comfort were amazing! Very nice helpful people. I went to the gym multiple times for about 30 minutes and each time an employee came in to wipe everything down and clean the bathroom. I really liked being able to watch what was happening in times square from the room and we were central and within walking distance go nearly everything. The restaurant on site was delicious and the bartender was very kind and helpful. My only complaint was the floor in my room had strands of hair in multiple places. Who ever cleaned my room did not clean the space between the window and bed and the bathroom needed better hair clean up also. The other complaint is the elevator. Very cool system but one day i was standing and waiting for literally 10 minutes. Overall, I would stay here again.
