Hotel is clean, staff great. Stayed in the suite and the extra space was definitely needed. It was just me and my girlfriend but I don't like to feel like I'm in a box. Great location, was able to walk everywhere we needed to go, you're in Times Square. Parking garage directly across the street. Only stayed for one night so didn't get to experience the amenities. Would stay again!

Very friendly staff - especially Sean at the door. Enjoyed the cheese and wine one night and dinner one night at Serafina - and that was excellent. Room was a little tight, but the open "closet" helped it feel visually not as small, and it was nice to see everything hanging in it. Appreciated the umbrella, but we'd brought our own. Location was amazing, so close to Times Square, but quiet.We'll be back!
Excellent lighting options for reading and general room.
Bathroom felt new and clean. Shower a little small, but serviceable. Best soaps and lotion I've ever had in a hotel!
I asked for a quieter room, so we were over the atrium, which helped with all the sirens. It was very peaceful back there.

Gorgeous Hotel! I never would have guessed as its tucked away, but it delighted me and my boyfriend. Very clean, kind and friendly staff, plus we had full control over the thermostat (huuuge plus for NYC winter where heat is A LOT all the time.) Again, the Scandinavian minimalist design was gorgeous. Had a pretty large room for a NYC hotel with a king bed. I would come back again!

Great location. Very close to many attractions and subway stops. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room was on the smaller side but it is Manhattan so that is to be expected. It was tidy but not completely spotless. There was an incident where the steam from the shower set off the smoke detector but the staff called to check in immediately and shut the alarm off within 5 minutes.
