The location was a prime one no doubt. It was our wedding stay. The room we got was extremely spacious and facing Bryant Park. We could not have asked for a better accommodation. Room was very clean. It had bathtub and a shower, a little couch and a table to sit and have food at. Although there was construction happening outside one of the windows it still did not abstract the view we had. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay.

We had a very pleasant stay over the weekend. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional throughout our visit. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and very well appointed, which made for an enjoyable stay. The only disappointment was that we booked through Expedia and were not informed that the hotel lobby was undergoing renovations. Because of the construction, getting to and from the elevators was a little awkward and took away somewhat from the arrival experience. It would have been helpful to have been advised of this prior to our stay. That being said, everything else about the hotel was very good, and the staff did an excellent job making us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travelers who appreciate a higher-end property and are comfortable with the price point.

The Bryant Park Hotel is ideally located to walk to everything you want to see in Midtown. The staff went above and beyond in every capacity. We so appreciated the flowers and chocolates but, even without these thoughtful additions, it was one of the loveliest stays we’ve experienced in the city. Thank you to all staff. Every encounter was professional, pleasant and efficient, which is just getting rarer by the day. Enthusiastically recommend.

The location was great and the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and we have no huge complaints about the hotel except they didn't have any type of room service. All they offered was coffee and muffins and you had to go downstairs to get it. No orange juice and no other selections. We liked the hotel, but because of not being able to get breakfast in the room and not having breakfast choices, I would probably not stay there again.

Where do I even start. The staff here is amazing. From the door man to the general manager. We had the worst travel to get to the location due to several issues not related to the hotel. The staff here was amazing. They even upgraded our hotel room to a suite. They gave us complimented champagne and chocolates to help start my husbands birthday off. I’m forever grateful and 100000% recommend staying. I’ve been to New York several times; by far my best stay. The room sizes are very large. It’s right next to the 42nd train station Entry as well.
