Many many shops, grocery store, coffee shops restaurants right around the corner. Parking garages and street parking within a block or two. Very neat and tidy inside nice day room large kitchen and patio outdoor. Everything you need without the fanfare of a large hotel.

This place is the best. Guests are always fun to talk to and the common area is beautiful. Love how I can cook a full meal and don't have to depend on going out to eat every night. Cleaning ladies are very kind and do a nice, thorough job. Feels like a community.

Chelsea is a very special location in NYC. Shared areas were well kept. Sharing bathrooms depends on other people and I was lucky most of the time. Overall, Outsite delivered what it promised.

This is an especially nice grownup hostel/guesthouse, some shared bathrooms, big well-equipped kitchen & common work/relaxation spaces. Neighborhood is great. During the bad June heat wave the bedroom AC was quiet and effective (unusual combo). No staff onsite or callable, which can be frustrating: I made one mistake on my reservation dates, called immediately to try to correct it, got no response, and was eventually told that because I had declined to pay for the refundable option, they would not change it. So just be careful in your reservation! But I'm glad I stayed there and would do so again.

Stayed here around Christmas and it was the quietest place I’ve stayed in the city. Easy instructions and had a smooth in and out. Room is pretty small but if you’re not planning on being in a lot it’s a perfect place to sleep and clean up. Very VERY quiet building and area. Perfect for me and my mom, would definitely stay again.

Everything was super clean and accessible! The only reason I do 4/5 stars is because I was never sent a link to check in which became really confusing upon arrival, but once that was settled everything was great! I will say tho be prepared for the stairs haha!
