「The guest were super friendly and accommodating. We had a beautiful room next to the pool, it was an adorable hotel in a great location! Anything you want to do in the french quarter, was quick walk surrounded by attractions and good food. It also gave a good louisiana history vibe. The water pressure was the only thing indid quite like. But it would not stop me from staying here again」

「The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.」
