「Everything was fine until I checked out and did not receive my full deposit due to “amenities fee” per the representative that was working today on 5/31/26 at 8:50am. By the way he was not helpful and what he explained made no sense. The fee he explained is for parking and the “complimentary” card they give out to get tapas at their restaurant. So I asked if I didn’t use it, would I still be charged? Why should I pay to park here, I stayed two nights. Ridiculous! The staff when I checked in and...

「Pros: close to train stations, shopping etc. luggage storage was full so they let us in our room early! Cons: bed sheets had stain, water comes out of the shower onto the floors, loud outside the building on weekends and their luggage storage was full again when we checked out…」
