「The front desk needs to improve the professionalism.」

「The location is great with nearby theatres, restaurants and walkable distance to Times Square. Clean room. The staff also initiated airport private transfers to JFK so we didn’t have to call for a taxi nor uber. Reasonably priced of US 95 per ride. 「地理位置优越 离地铁站非常近 去哪里都很方便 附近还有很多美食 药店 咖啡店等等 下次还会来！」

「It really feels like a home away from home, especially with the in-room kitchen features that add so much comfort, convenience, and peace of mind.」

「Good!」
