「Every inch of our room from the top of the ceiling to the floor was so very clean. No cobweb's, dust increabile comfortable. Beds clean and comfy, I liked the pillows but some people might like a little firmer pillow. Nice to wake up and see the view of the lake, we even had a rainbow out our window. However if your a coffee drinker it wasn't the best coffee maker. The coffee itself was good , but it made one cup at a time, and it took forever to make it. We're hoping to make it back that way...

「Upon arrival we were given a room key to the wrong room. Despite our reservation being booked over one month in advance we were given a room in the basement. The front desk staff seemed bored with the confusion over our room key. Booked was a room with two Q beds, we were given a room with one bed. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have never encountered such unfriendly hotel staff. Making up for this was the serving staff and bar staff. They were exceptional!
