「The property was nice and the majority of the staff were very professional and polite. We did run into a problem with the drain in the shower not draining. When we brought this matter to the attention of housekeeping they didn't seem like they were interested in solving the problem quickly. After a few conversations and the drain not being able to be adequately cleared we were transferred to a new room. We escalated the issue to management and Ms. Edwards made it right.
