Modern room with air conditioning and all tile flooring - very well kept and tidy. Shower was nice and warm with good water pressure! Nice pool and bar area to relax. Staff were very friendly and helpful , arranged my taxis for me - both to head out for food options and for airport run. I did eat the breakfast, it was ok - I prefer something totally traditional . I’d stay again!

Hotel is in an excellent location in Kingston near every thing. I think it’s overdue for a modern face lift & new furnishings. Hotel was safe & secure. Dinner was nice & tasty in the hotel’s restaurant.

The customer service is impeccable I’m kind of mad at myself for spending more money going to some of the other big brand hotels because this one exceeded them in customer service. The pool is nice and the food was really good and you get free breakfast. The air condition works really well and the front desk is just the sweetest people that go out of their way for you. The girls in the restaurant are so kind and so warm I will definitely come back. I really really enjoyed my stay here.

I like the location and availability of the property. The staff could be a bit more inviting and courteous. For Breakfast, let the guest know what is being served on current morning from the menu. Guests will not order what is not served on that day.

The Breakfast was Amazing however, if you go outside of the set options then you have to pay out of pocket. Location is Excellent! Most of the staff is very pleasant and accommodating! Con: TVs could use some updating. Limited channels and most didn’t work

Hotel Review I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The food was also very nice and definitely worth trying, although I found it to be a little on the pricey side. What made the experience even more special was supporting a Black-owned establishment that is such a great example of a thriving local business. It’s wonderful to see a business offering quality service and hospitality while contributing to the local community. Overall, a great stay and somewhere I would happily recommend and return to.
