"Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail. Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. Since I am cycling, I wasn't going to launch myself into the Taiwanese hills, after a day of cycling."

"After traveling around Taiwan (from Taipei eastbound), this was my last stop before heading back to Taipei after more than 2.000 kilometers on the road. This place was by far the nicest experience! "Room is very spacious for 6 of us. Very comfortable stay. Only inconvenience is to climb the stairs to get to the room. Food is good."

"The area has very few breakfast options and parking can be an issue. However the room was comfortable, clean and had a decent bed and good bathroom facilities. The only two negative issues are that there is no bedside lamp (for getting up at night) and the TV remove control did not work. I would visit Neostay again because it has great value for money and is clean and comfortable. "
