"Tried to cancel thru the Expedia virtual service, several times, to no avail. Never stayed, rebooked to another location. When I booked, the location given in Maioli was behind a gas station in centre of town. 24 hours prior to arrival, I verified the address on Google map and it was outside the city, in the hills. Since I am cycling, I wasn't going to launch myself into the Taiwanese hills, after a day of cycling."

"兩大三小(13、11、3)，初一晚間七點多抵達。 老闆娘這樣應對:「我們早餐是7:30到9點，不會等喔。早餐是7:30到9點，不會等你們喔。這是鑰匙。」 帶路半途，換外傭帶我們進房。外傭:「房間在那裡，鑰匙給你，自己進去，門是鎖的。」 結果，門沒鎖、吸頂燈三顆壞兩顆、垃圾桶有一個綠色麥香綠茶空鋁箔包，Wifi堪比撥接。 如果期待一個周遭環境清幽、腹地廣大可以走走看看，這裡是個不錯的世外之地。 如果不想有超出預算的房價，見面連句你好，新年快樂沒說，住在感覺日常沒有維護修繕的房內，這裡不是首選或備案。 房間是大的、室外環境好的，人是冷漠的、服務是沒有的、硬體是糟的、價格是不值的。"
