"Room was cold after the oil heater ran out in the middle of the night. The oil heater was not enough for the whole night during the winter time and the hot water in the sink was not working."

"This hotel is a traditional Japanese property and such the rooms and the food served in their restaurants are all keeping with the Japanese culture and traditions. There is an onsen, hot spring pools, on site to soak in. They have a great and friendly staff who were very helpful in many ways. The property is close to world class ski resorts and there are convenient transportation options to get around the area. "We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing. Also loved the breakfast and dinner! The gem though was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help us. "
