Suwakyo Promenade Kid friendly Vacations

Staff were wonderful and kind. The bathroom was very nice but the sink area was small but we made it work. Love the shower! Downstairs bar area and lounge seating areas were nice. Food was good but only ate breakfast each day. We had to venture out for lunch and dinner.

The room is spacious and spotless. All the amenities are more than we needed. Each person at the front desk was incredibly helpful.

The property is clean and convenient but the rooms are quite small. The bunk beds are not comfortable so the room is not suitable for 4 people. The front staff is really nice and cooperative. The facilities are quite basic though for the price

This hotel sits next to train/metro station, which makes it accessible but away from Tokyo’s crowded areas. It’s only about 15 train ride to Tokyo station. Room was clean. The main reason I booked this hotel is how spacious the rooms are. A rare find in Tokyo with such affordable price. The hot bath is a plus and useful especially at night after walking all day. I only tried the breakfast which had great selections.

The hotel was easy to find and very close to the train station and convenient stores. The deluxe Japanese room is spacious even for 4-6 adults, clean and modern, same for the furniture fixtures; shower and toilet rooms were just as spacious and clean. Amenities are more than we needed; laundry machine had easy instructions. Front desk staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and so polite. The deck was a bonus, although the train tracks were right across the street, the view is still just as wonderful. Really enjoyed this property and would return again. Highly recommend to stay here.

Perfect location! Easy access to the Euno train station in order to get around Tokyo and great restaurants close by. The park and museums were very close.

Great location, lots to do around, the hotel itself is on a fairly quite residential street couple of blocks removed from the busy streets of Asakusa. My family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights. Very clean and nicely furnished studio style apartment/ suite.
