「I came to shiga kogen for skiing. The hotel location is excellent. You can have either 3 mins driving to Yokoteyama ski area or 5 mins driving to central area. Other than the location, all staff are very polite, patient and helpful. Some of the staff are able to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently. 「非常有味道的老酒店，女子泡汤在三楼，每天滑雪完毕直接到隔壁泡温泉很方便，从长野车站坐大巴到Sunvelly很容易，但是下车要走一段路门口就游览车，可以开始滑雪！入住酒店建议选择早晚两餐，晚餐是传统的日式料理，我们这次住了五个晚上，每餐都有不一样的内容，非常开心，吃的很舒服！」

「包晚餐及早餐. 食物種類很多，新鮮美味！整體感覺非常好. 如果有拉喼人士、極度建議在巴士站坐的士到酒店、大約只需1000円、非常值得！」

「We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing. Also loved the breakfast and dinner! The gem though was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help us. 」

「A poor maintained onsen hotel! No towel and locker available in the onsen, need to bring along everything from the room! The room itself is very old and poor maintained; the dining which is just fair, don’t expect that as same kind of Food and beverage to a graded resort; fortunately a Taiwanese lady serving down there with excellent service to pull the satisfaction up a bit! 」

「The night spend at 榮和春蘭之宿 was fantastic. We spent our evening walking through the little community, the street was filled with shops and onsen, view along was amazing!! The resort itself was also very nice, the room was comfortable and cozy. People were welcoming! Also the breakfast and diner served with traditional japanese style food was perfect!」

「Staff was super friendly. They took us to the ski gear rental shop and back again to return the stuff. Their English was ok, enough to explain what buses to take, recommend pistes, etc. We even received a small gift when leaving. I recommend reserving the 3 meal course.」
