土日宿泊だったので、大変混んでいると説明があり、食事時間を予め時間予約でした。都内のホテルなら時間予約でも多少待たされる時が多いのですが、めちゃくちゃスムーズに案内され、ビッフェ会場もそれほど混雑してなくて、お客様側にたっている対応だなぁ〜と思いました。また是非行きたいなと思います！

We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and service. Very clean and a good dinner buffet. The hotel is a bit of a hike uphill. Google maps might tell you to approach from the right, go behind the hotel and come around to the entrance. This route has a bunch of uneven steps and is somewhat steep. It’s better to approach from the left side up a paved road with an even incline.

温泉、食事は良かった。改善余地は1)連泊かつ部屋居を告げたのに日中の風呂の清掃時間の口頭説明がなかったこと。夜中の清掃の説明しかなくパンフ見て知った次第、2)0900朝食ではチェックアウトは1030との説明を夕食時に受けた。しかしチェックアウト当日フロントからは1000までに退出するよう告げられた。訂正の謝罪はありました。

One night was definitely not enough! Clean room, great amenities, a wide variety of delicious buffet options, and three relaxing hot springs. I did notice a comment about one of the baths, which I understand, but the water quality was still excellent and very soothing. Special thanks to Mr. Kakumoto for his friendliness and exceptional service truly went above and beyond!! I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in town.

スタッフの方は皆親切丁寧ですばらしい。車で到着時の出迎え、チェックイン、夕・朝の食事時、チェックアウト。事前チェックアウトのような 仕組みもありがたい。 館内は古く、これから改善されると思います。 風呂は排水位置を変えたい。排水が溜まる。 ホテル全般の満足感を維持するために、夕食・朝食の質を維持、あるいは向上し続けなければ、リピートは難しいと感じます。スタッフさんがすばらしいだけにこれからを期待します。
