Our stay was a very good experience. The room was quiet and surprisingly large (for 3 persons), well equipped and very clean. Hotel lobby is comfy and large. The location of the hotel, in the middle of a forest, is wonderful if you want to relax (attention: no restaurants/bars close by). The staff was polite and very helpful. We enjoyed the indoor and ourdoor onsen - very relaxing, and not too busy. The absolute highlight were the traditional dinner and breakfast - the setting, selection, and taste was very, very good. We highly recommend the Conifer Iwabitsu and would like to express our thanks to the staff for excellent service!

食事も大浴場も、最高でした。 お店の人もみんな親切。 ロビーでコーヒーを無料で飲めるのも、お部屋のお茶や冷水も助かるし、美味しかったです。 コスパは最高です。 ただひとつだけ不満があるとすれば、露天風呂に明かりがないので、暗くなると少し怖くて露店風呂に入れなかったことです。 朝の露天風呂は気持ち良かった！

結婚記念日で犬と泊まりに行きました(犬は車の中でゆったり) 裏山の吊り橋に原っぱがあってそこで思いっきり犬を走らせて素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 広々としていて夫婦ともども楽しませていただきました。温泉街も近いので(車で40分位) 2日かけてゆっくり回ることができましたので観光にもぴったりです。特に榛名湖榛名山はとても素晴らしかったです。良い思い出ができました。

とっても良い施設でした

山の中腹にあり、静かな環境でスタッフの人当たりもよく、施設も清潔感があり、とても快適に過ごす事ができました。 一つだけ難を挙げれば、買い物や食事をしたいときに、車で移動が必須になるのが手間だと感じました。 何か必要な買い物や素泊まりの方は、事前に済ませてからチェックインした方がいいかもしれません。

親切舒服的飯店,較舊卻維護的很好

很喜歡這間飯店，我是二月底到訪的 山路不會很難走，但第一次到訪要找一下 路比較黑（沒什麼路燈） 只有少許積雪或霜，我們沒有雪胎行駛是ok 由於班機時間較晚，有先寫信告知飯店請他們等我check in，謝謝當天櫃檯人員為了等我而晚下班 這間飯店雖然較舊，卻維護的很好 也很乾淨舒服 所有的服務人員都很親切 我入住期間其他住客幾乎是老人家 早餐很清淡健康，雖然連續兩天菜色都差不多 他們還有小木屋、洋室、和室 讓我想到校外教學或畢業旅行很適合去住 溫泉有室內外大眾浴場、家庭浴場（另外預約跟付費），中午10點-下午2點不開放、晚上11點後不開放，只有這點覺得小小不方便，因為房間沒有浴室。 最喜歡的是有一個室內大籃球館 兒子有去打球很開心，只是他們唯一一顆籃球沒什麼氣就是了😆 想去打球的可以自備一顆帶去 戶外也有運動場，附近走走散步很舒服 很開心住到這間飯店，也謝謝親切的飯店人員

予想以上に快適でした

フロントの方もレストランの方もとても感じがよく、親切でした。 ロビーにサービスのコーヒーが置いてあり、嬉しい配慮でした。 夕食は品数も多く、朝食はバイキングでいろんな物を少しずつ取っただけでもお腹いっぱいになりました。 おかゆがあったのが私は嬉しかったです。 清掃も行き届いていて、施設も広くて開放感があり、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 露天風呂には、葉っぱさんも虫さんも露天風呂が大好きだから、見つけたらそっと外に出してあげてくださいね、と買いてあり、優しさを感じました。 おすすめのホテルです。

事前に母に麻痺があると電話をしてまでお伝えしたのですが、把握されていなかったご様子。 車椅子と台車は助かりましたが、エレベーターには同時に乗れません。 新しい作りの所もありましたが、案内されたのは古い作りのお部屋なのか、コンセントが少なく、ベット周りにひとつもありません。スマホを枕元で充電して休みたいので不便でした。 お風呂も21時過ぎに利用すると洗面台周りが髪の毛だらけ。細かく掃除に入っていないのか、入れないならせめて掃除用具を見えるところに置いておいて欲しかったです。 食事もイマイチ。夜は個人盛りでしたが、朝はバイキングであまり食べたいものはありません。部屋番号の指定された机があるはずなのに違う方が座っていて待たされました。ちゃんと管理されないなら机を決めてなくても……と感じました。 朝食券を部屋に忘れたのですが、なくても良いと親切な対応をしてくださいました。夕食のご飯も頼んでからなかなか来ず、おそくなってすみません、味噌汁暖かいものに変えますと言ってくれましたが、ご飯はそのまま。？と感じました。 父の病院に近いので利用しましたが、また伺うことは無いと思います。 ただ、朝食券を間違えて持ち帰ってしまいました。後日送り返しますね。申し訳ありません。
