"Gorgeous area and hotel. Hotel was quiet and smelled amazing. Great onsen options and spa options. Lush town within easy walking distance. Gorgeous views from the room."

"Lovely property, secluded but good shuttle options to ski field (less than 5 mins) and twice daily to Karuizawa. Staff were friendly - used Google translate as there were not many western travellers. Amazing Onsens - all gender seperate apart from private but open 24 hours. Food was great - and a shop for snacks, souvenirs and drinks. Great for winding down and experiencing the snow and small field close by."
