"Not only is this an absolutely beautiful location, but the staff is the nicest, most friendly staff every time we visit. The layout of the campus also allows for way more privacy by the rooms and suites versus other "resorts" or hotels I have stayed at. The bugalows feel more like a home than a resort room, as they are separated from the noisy and busy areas."

I had an issue with my room not having a microwave and the front desk associate was very understanding and moved me to a different room within the same day to satisfy my need. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable.The hotel was extremely close to everything my ubers to and from san juan ranged from 5-10 Dollars. I would definitely recommend this hotel the bar is great as well they have happy hour daily !"
