「The staff that looks after the check in is mobile and several different companies rent rooms. We had ZERO problems and we thought it was a great location, 25 minute walk to the Petronas Towers. We had to move to another location and we already miss the unit. 5 stars. 」

「The employees are all very amiable, especially the young girl who greeted us at the counter when we checked in, she was very patient. The room was very neat and clean, and the view was great. But what surprised me even more was the variety of fruits, snaks, drinks that all came with the room and that’s not the end of it, they even have a capsule coffee machine in the room. I will definitely come back if I have the chance ! BTW, there is a Starbucks in their hotel too.」

「We arrived late at night after a long journey. Despite having submitted all required information and paid the deposit in advance, check-in was confusing, and supervisors were completely unaware of our payment. Communication was disorganized throughout most of our stay, and we struggled to reach the right contact. It only improved toward the end, once we finally connected with our main contact. The apartment looked good in photos but had maintenance issues: the bathroom was moldy, doors were...

「以CP值來看, 整體還可以, 衣櫃有點舊和失修所以開合時發出聲嚮很大, 浴窒的淋浴只有冷水, 但有一個小熱水器在旁, 可惜這小熱水器的花灑出水很小, 以致洗澡時感覺非常不便. 天台的泳池真的不錯, 旁邊還布小CAFE可以吃東西.」

「Ayatt location is good, within walking distance to TRX and Pavilion, we even walk to KLCC. The room we get is a new unit, thus it is clean and tidy. The rooms is spacious and view is outstanding. During new year celebration, we get the full view of fireworks display from TRX to KLCC just from the window of our room. Unfortunately the housekeeping is terrible. Out of the 4 nights we stay, they only clean once, basically it's not cleaning, they just make the beds and top up water bottle....
