The people were nice. The hotel was awful. There is a gap between the pictures used to promote the hotel and reality. The room needs a deep clean, especially on the floor and in the bathroom. The towels were also thread bare, the skippers old and dirty - not good when the floor is just a bad. I struggle to grasp how this hotel has such a good rating amongst travellers - unless their expectations are low and they place their contact w the staff above the reality of their surroundings. It is disappointing to write such a review.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well set up, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay after a busy day out in the city. It had a nice, cosy feel to it, and the bed was especially comfortable, which made a real difference. The location in Pudu is excellent—close to local food spots, shops, and with easy access into the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It’s a great base whether you’re exploring the city or just looking to unwind. Overall, the hospitality was warm and welcoming, and I felt well looked after throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good, reliable place to stay in the Pudu area.

I had a really wonderful time staying at the Orchid Hills Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. From the moment I arrived, I was extremely well looked after, and the level of care and attention from the staff really stood out. The area itself is fantastic—great location with plenty around, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was absolutely amazing, with clean, comfortable rooms and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I’m so happy with my experience here and genuinely very pleased with every aspect of my stay. A big thank you to the hotel for taking such great care of me—it really made a difference. Lonely Traveler Productions absolutely loves this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

It’s cheap and in a good tourist area right by lalaport. The room for triple deluxe was a good size but a bit gross. Some stains on sheets and stuff. The WiFi didn’t work all the time and to turn on the rooms power you need to put the key card in. Overall okay stay you get what you pay for.

It's ok. But upon checking in strangely The front desk lady told me that my booking has been cancelled 😏.. But later some guy came & sort it out.. Room big spacious every thing works.

L’hôtel est plutôt centrale mais pas super bien entretenu. Nous avons dû changer de chambre après avoir demandé fois car nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude. Les deux chambres n’étaient pas propre … bref expérience décevante.
