「Pros: staff is very welcoming and friendly, and the property is overall as advertised. Cons: maintenance working in the hallway at night, odd and unexpectedly loud. Room storage, even for a one night stay, is poor. No drawers, and the single roll out table does not have any functional chairs. Only sitting location is the bed. The posters on the wall advise we “use the wall hooks” all 3 of them or the “space under the beds” for storage.」

「When I first got there I was told that elevator was broken did not have my reserved room on first floor. The worked and got me a standard room which I agreed to and it was fine. I forgot to tell them the freezer needed to be cleaned」

「New, modern, clean. Good location. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Good breakfast selection. Only complaint might be that the weekend breakfast buffet should be left open later than 10 am. A lot of guests came as it was closing & after it closed. 」

「We had a great experience here. A safe place to stay and park. It was a last-minute booking but everything went well. The only thing I would say I disliked was the AC right next to the bed. It's a little noisier when you sleep right next to the AC. I think it would be better if the bed is away from the AC and put the sofa next to the AC instead. 」

「This was probably the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at as a family. Front desk lady was so polite and helpful. We were there for travel ball and the location was great in relation to the sports complex. Room was so nice and clean. You cannot beat the kitchenette in the room. Thoroughly impressed. We intend to book and stay again for future trips. 」
