The best part of our stay however was the staff, so warm and welcoming. They paid attention to every detail and provided great service. Breakfast was delicious, wish we could have stayed longer 」

He made sure I had everything I needed. He even booked a tour for me and another guest in which he took the time to be our guide and driver. Great stay! Thank you Hernan!」

「This property is beautiful and the views from this hotel were incredible; they even had a telescope in the restaurant to see the "angel" up close! We got a corner room, with breath-taking city views from every angle. We got a wonderful breeze in the room by opening the windows. Every single staff member that we encountered was amazing - friendly, attentive, and happy to accommodate our every need - especially James. To use the jacuzzi, we had to give 4 hours' notice, but it was a delightful...

「I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!」

「Adamas House was very central in the old town. We really enjoyed the breakfast which included some traditional Ecuadorian foods. The staff were friendly & very accommodating. Might be worth noting that our room had the bed upstairs and the bathroom facilities downstairs (not a problem for us, but might be useful to know). We really enjoyed our stay.」
