「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Bed had hair in the sheets and unpleasant smell, wifi was not working, came back to apartment after being out for the day and found the hallway flooded, was told towels and linens would be delivered upon request but then they said they were too short staffed. The pictures show a rooftop pool area and that is false. Never found a rooftop area of any form. Poor response time and resolution management. Loud after hours club across the street. Had to reach out to Expedia for help with the issues...

「We were initially staying at another hotel which was a horrible experience, so we decided to move to this one. When I called the hotel I spoke English and the lady kept hanging the phone call. After the third attempt, I spoke Spanish and she took my call. Other than the front desk lady the hotel is really clean and does not get humid like the others. I highly recommend the hotel.」
