For transportation a bit far from main island but Ferry 3 go straight to Ple Roma in 15mins while Ferry 4.1/4.2 takes 1 hour from San Marco. And 4.2 runs from morning from midnight about 22:00 so no need to worry about transportation too much.」

It takes 30-40 mins to Venice Saint Lucia Station, so leave earlier if you need to catch a train or plane. The price per night here is reasonable.」
