「Excellent property, staff and amenities. I loved how quiet the hotel was. My only complaint was the lack of fresh facecloths for a few days in a row. It was an inconvenience when you return to your room after a long day and you have to delay your shower. Everything else was so amazing that I wouldn't change my 5 star rating. From the slushie machine, candy bar, fresh cookies, beverages and attentive staff - to Andre and his team in the restaurant; great service.」

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

Great service and excellent location

"Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again."
