We visited for my birthday and the staff went over and above to make me feel special leaving a little something extra in our room on our arrival day. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is great. Staff are amazing and so friendly! Would definitely stay in this hotel again! 😀

The hotel is absolutely beautiful- very clean,quiet and comfortable. The staff was polite but very quiet. We would recommend this hotel - great property a block away from a big square in Chiado.

We loved it. The staff was wonderful and because of my passport the new my birthday was during our stay. They acknowledged with a cake, champagne and a card.

Very well located hotel in Chiado within walking distance to many of Lisbon’s tourist attractions. The nightlife around the hotel is also fantastic and would recommend the taberna da rua das Flores restaurant nearby (note cash only).

I initially stayed in a smaller room on the 4th floor, but Rita the manager moved me to a fantastic, spacious room on the 3rd floor. Awesome view up the hill as well as from the balcony towards the river. Breakfast is good. Good selection and attentive staff. I had dinner once - the sushi was out of this world. Really nice restaurants- have to single out Seame- fish is a gastronomical feast. Also Taberna Da Rua Das Flores - cash only. The area around the hotel is safe and quiet. Loads of nice bars. You can literally walk to all the major sights. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a memorable stay. Till next time

Breakfast not included as advertised

When booking at hotels.com all available room types included free breakfast, however, at check in we were informed that breakfast was not included in our booking. We were told by hotel staff that their policy recently changed to make breakfast optional and advised us to raise the issue with hotels.com, who were very unhelpful and seemingly didn’t understand the problem. This was the only drawback to an otherwise flawless stay.
