The only place in Lisbon where the service was top notch and we didn’t feel that we were scammed. The staff is very friendly and our host (Pedro) was very welcoming and went beyond to serve us. I appreciate customer centric practice of the hotel such as free drinks (wine, tea or coffee) served at the bar, walk through and recommendations of places - restaurant, city culture etc. Only quirk was that you have to make your own breakfast and the hotel would provide you with fresh breads, fruits, etc daily to make it. There are some city restriction on why they cannot have a functioning kitchen and thus self made/ self serve breakfast is provided instead. We didn’t mind it, although it would be nice if the breakfast was served. Standard amenities and the apartment was spacious, clean and had ample light (we stayed in apt 33 , which is a corner apartment and have windows on two sides). I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisbon
