「飯店位於City Hall前方廣場旁，所以安全無虞，同時，離市區景點都很近(除了貝倫區及阿法瑪區之外)，步行15～20分鐘內都可到達。算是小型飯店，裝潢風格較復古。服務人員都很年輕、親切，服務也很好，每天還會贈送小禮物及問候卡片，很貼心。唯一的小缺點是，飯店不在馬路旁，前方是下City Hall停車場的車道，也沒有明顯的招牌，如果搭計程車或uber前往，若司機不熟悉，可能會有困難找到飯店。」

「地點很好，我住的房間一開窗戶就是奧古斯塔街 （Arco da Rua Augusta）下午接近傍晚的時候都有一些表演，你可能開窗的時候就可以看得到，感覺蠻愜意，晚餐在地下1樓個人覺得還算還可以。不過單人旅遊晚上的時候要多注意一點，我在那邊附近晚上都遇到有人上來講一些話或搭訕，我是沒理他們就快步走開。」

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」
