Overall this was the best experience one can possibly have. Although it was located on Pink street, the noise never bothered us as the windows have sound proofing covers. Staff was extremely communicative, and very nice. Its the small things they do, giving my daughter a daily surprise everyday. The cleaning service is a full service including dishes wash. It felt like a 7 star service.

The place was okay, but the noise was disruptive. They claimed that the soundproofing windows would take care of it and that the music shouldn't go past "1 or 2am", but—even with earplugs—there was beats and thumping until past 5am. Worst sleep of the trip!

Margareda the manager here is unbelievably great! Communication is top notch! She is so willing to help on any aspect of your travels that it is amazing The rooms are super clean and are the same price as a hotel room but you get a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, living room 2 tv’s and separate bedroom lots of space Also the showers are amazing, very hot water, great rain shower head with lots of pressure and a wand The location is walkable to everything or if you need public transportation it’s steps away I will only stay at the House on Pink Street every time I am in Lisbon

We had a very nice stay one weekend in November! Big apartment for 2 people, extra amenities, and the little extra complementary of the house; coffee, snacks, water, soda and couple of beers! It saved us for time, effort and search. The big bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the relation it has to the hotel one street down which included a lovely breakfast and daily free guiding tours! The house is in the middle of the city center and close to Time Out Market for good food! Even though the pink street is a party street, the windows were isolated and it was quiet inside! I would easily recommend this to my friends!

The House on Pink Street was a great option for myself and my four friends to stay for 2 nights in Lisbon. Margarida was very nice, helpful with check-in, and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp throughout the stay. My group had 2 rooms, both were clean and a good size. We were on the 3rd & 4th floors so it was mostly quiet, but we did hear some light street noise. Lower floors may be noisier.

This was an absolute gem of a place to stay in a fabulous location. Everything is super walkable from here and the access to bars and restaurants was great for a weekend stay in Lisbon. While the party goes on all night the apt was quiet and beautifully detailed. The extra little things they did made our stay perfect. I would highly recommend here and would stay again

The perfect house on Pink St.

It was a perfect location close to the river. Margarida who runs the property is excellent at communicating with you. The room was spacious and clean. It comes with a dishwasher and washing machine which is great for doing laundry on longer trips. They have a welcome basket with goodies and a stocked fridge with water, soda and beer for you to use. No extra charge. Daily they would bring little snacks to your room. Honestly, this hotels service was outstanding. And very quiet given its location. I would stay here again.
