"Hotel was totally full with families for a soccer tournament. Very busy but the staff managed it all well. There was even a water bottle refill station full of Gatorade. Our child loved the pool facilities. Our room was clean and a good setup for a family. Really appreciated that it was pet friendly too. Nice they include a breakfast into the price with hot food options. Great place to stay for families. Good value overall and I’d stay there again."

"No wifi access - no drinking water - Furniture was all beat up - bathroom sink and tub was worn and grungy. Outside the room the property was messy with dead leaves etc. no view at all."

"The room was clean and looked nice. But there was a very overpowering smell of either cleaner, or some sort of chemical. It wasnt good. The lady was very nice but there was no staff at all, on site at all to remedy the situation, and no one called us back until just before the time of check out. check in and out was very convienient , but again, no staff. we did it all online. They had everything you needed in the room and it was a great price. Overall not a bad stay, but using a staffless system in a customer service based industry, definitely had its flaws. "

"Booked two rooms, was put in 2 accessible rooms despite not booking that room type, plus the 'folding' bench in the shower was broken in both rooms and separating from the tub leaving screws exposed. Mentioned both to front desk, only one was fixed. Plus shower heads were about mid-torso height, not ideal positioning with no where to move the shower head wand to place it higher. Both rooms had phantom noises both nights leading to broken sleep, there appears to be zero insulation to hallway noise, and a kids daycare right outside the window. Overall, will not stay here again even if cheaper than everywhere else. It's cheap for a reason. "

"If you are not able to climb stairs do not book this hotel. To get to any of the rooms you have to go up stairs. Our hotel room was more like a small apartment. It was on the second floor. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was not updated like the picture."
