Staff and room were both amazing! We had an incredibly early flight and not only did they hold our luggage way before check-in, they got the room ready ASAP so we were able to have a nap in the morning and were rejuvinated for the day. It was above and beyond our expectations.

The room and bathroom was clean.
I am not sure about the frosted windows into the bathroom though and more chairs are needed in our deluxe room. There were two chairs for a four person room. The all-off switch was awkward in the middle of the night, because I could not turn on the bathroom light without switching on all the lights that were on at the time the all-off switch was used. The coffee machine was not intuitive for someone that does not use pod coffee normally.
These were minor issues in a nice one day stay. The staff at the front desk were very kind, as were the lounge and club staff. Both places inside the hotel were fun and the staff made both welcoming places.

It was very average, room was dated the harbour view was of another office building for the price it’s overrated and recommend looking around at other options. Wouldn’t stay there again.
