「Staff is incredible. So friendly and helpful. This is the way a business stands the test of time. Rooms are clean and kept, Roku tvs are perfect, the outdoor jacuzzi is clean too. 4 seasons, fairmont and all luxury hotels need a customer boot camp from this family gem of an establishment. The Coachman Inn is a clean, comfortable family run lodge that practices meeting the satisfaction of their guests.

「The hotel is new. We could do the prior check in online that made the check in time shortened. It offers free parking and complimentary breakfast that fits for our family of 5. The making up service is perfect as we see the cleaning staff made very detail cleaning. The hotel staff were also very friendly to our kids. We love the location near Seattle Premium Outlets. We will visit again if we go to Seattle next time.」
