「When we booked we thought we could walk to ski area. Nope. No dinning options around. 」

「Highly recommend as this property was the cleanest and most comfortable stay I’ve had at any hotel at this price point and even more comfortable than higher priced rooms I’ve stayed in. 」

「Unfortunately the toilet in the room did not flush. The handle was broken. It was not fixed and I was told on check out when I told them again that it was a busy weekend and they could not get it looked at. The breakfast also left a bit to be desired. Literally just bread and bagels. There was a toaster. Some coffee and orange juice as well.」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「Room was great size, location in the building was easy to get to. However my pillows stunk like cigarette smoke - I had to sleep with a towel over the pillow. Then the fire alarm went off at 3am - with no explanation in the morning. Then when I went to get breakfast at 9:55… it was all cleaned up and put away because I slept in later after the fire alarm going off. I went to just have a tea, but the ‘hot water’ was hardly warm. :( Unfortunately not a great experience. 」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Basically clean Tapes in bathroom were dirty I cleaned them off with a little elbow grease I asked the cleaning lady if she could clean the tub Said she sprays and wipes Well there is layers of skin oil and dirt that you can feel Let her know it needed scrubed Well came back and she had only sprayed it again I’m sure all the tubs are the same Good old Ajax or comet do the trick Definitely need a better cleaner Waited till I came home Not just this hotel but many others also No one wants to...

「Room was fine winter so no one booked great place to be before you go to the surrounding ski resort areas. Just make sure you have a car or method of transportation. Also not many options for food places but there was a really nice diner nearby great place for breakfast before going.」
