「Initial room had stained/torn cover sheet on bed and toilet bowl had not been cleaned thoroughly. Upon speaking to front desk we were given upgraded room which was very nice ! Customer service saved the night!!」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Everything was awsome. The cabin looked so good and was so cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace it was a coldish night. There were no bugs anywere even though we found a considerable amount of spider webs on the walls which we were first concerned about. But didn't see any spiders during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was a coffee machine, microwave, oven, electric kettle, and cooking utensils. There was a barbecue outside which we got really excited about. 「I would encourage you to make sure you are in the right room and near the right amenities. Our room was on the bottom level at the back near the lake. The room was aged. Pulls and holes in the bedding. ? Black mild in bathroom grout. Difficulty getting tv to work. Cigarette smoke and weed smoke infiltrating our room overnight. And when the people came in in the room above us… we definitely heard every footstep.」

The bathroom had a massive crack in the counter near the sink. Staff were nice for check in/check out. The pool was super clean and beautiful! Breakfast was very yummy, many options!
