「Love the small kitchenette in each of the rooms. Was fully stocked with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, real dishes, etc. I can see this place would be great if you're skiing for the week at Horseshoe Valley. We came in the summer and then went to Vetta Spa, which you could walk to. It's a bunch of townhouses so sometimes you can hear your neighbours - especially when they leave (shared main door). This would be useful if you had multiple families staying together.」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

「Beautiful views, really clean rooms and amazing staff」

「The old side is very dated. I was given a room there at first, it was dirty and not cleaned AT ALL. Old garbage in room, large juice box on floor, open soap wrappers in shower… etc. the wifi also didn’t work here. I complained and got a new room. The newer side is decent, although my room smelled like dog and there was chunks of dog hair on my bedding. Food was okay, amenities were okay, pool was broken. Girl at front desk messed up my room service and when I called an hour later to see why...

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the clean room along with the amenities provided ...coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, A/C, and comfortable bed. The location is excellent being steps away from the waterfront, restaurants, cafes and grocery store. A good place to stay that is fairly priced.」

「I was in a car accident otw to the hotel. When I couldn't get there as a result, they refused to refund my money. I called right away..they had time to rent it to someone else...but they refused.」

「Room door wouldn’t open after many tries. Then the hotel receptionist also had trouble and she said the lock was old. Eventually, it opened. Tap in bathroom sink needed 2 hands to open. Very tight to turn. Toilet kept running for about 25 minutes after each flush, therefore could not flush each time, especially at night. The back door to the hotel had no lock at all so anyone could come in and go right into the reception area or else go right upstairs to the 2 nd floor. Very unsafe for everyone....
