「We stayed 4 nights in a room with sea view from bay window. Room was excellent, comfortable and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The whole house was spotless and freshly painted and the breakfast room was well stocked. Breakfast was superb, great eggs, and the service first class. The hosts, Owen & Margaret were very friendly and helpful and minor issues, like a non working lamp were attended to promptly. We would heartily recommend anyone to stay at this guest house. 」

「Beautiful sea view studio with everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and coastal walk to Portscatho passing the Hidden Hut cafe is a must. Very friendly staff and nothing too much trouble. Lovely swimming pool which you book to use just for your own use. Cannot fault anything. 」

「Great location, good room, nice staff. Location - incredible. The beach is a 5 minute walk, there’s a gorgeous cafe on the way (SeaSpray). Pentire point, Fistral Beach Bar, The Stable (pizza) are all a 15/20 minute walk. Then the centre of the town is 30mins ish. Room - 8/10, the overall room was great but there were a few small details that stopped it being a 10/10, like the remote was dirty, the TV was old, the shower pressure was naff, the fridge didn’t turn on and the bathroom window...

「Fabulous Room ( 214 ) with stunning uninterrupted views of the sea. Terrace Bar and the dinning experience excellent. Wanted the weekend to be a little bit special to celebrate my Wife’s Birthday and the RDH did just that.」

「Our room has the best view looking out to the beautiful Gyllngvase Beach and it is just around 8 mins walk to it. Nice breakfast and staff, room is clean and have everything you need. Town centre is also within walking distance.」

「We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel, could not fault it. We used the pool and spa facilities on both days of our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We will definitely be returning for another relaxing stay with you. 5* * 2 very small points - 1. the windows need a clean in the pool to see the most amazing view 2. A mattress topper on the two single beds (pushed together) to cover the join. 」

「We use this Hotel quite a lot for work, rooms are nice & staff are always really helpful if required. Perfectly situated for our short commute "cracking walk along the front first thing in the morning, if the weather allows!!". Myself & my colleagues will definitely be using the Hotel again when we are back down in a few weeks. 」
