Foolishly I had neglected to contact the staff before booking to explain my age and inability walk long distances or climb multiple flights of stairs. They were totaly booked and I was afraid I would have to look for other lodging. Luckily the young lady at the desk Keisha, was one of the the most helpful, professional and caring people imaginable.
