「I met a very kind receptionist when I checked in. I asked her if I could make a late check out at eleven o'clock for my flight at 3pm tomorrow? Surprising me that her initiative made the check out time at 12pm for me for my convenience. A warm heart and helpfulness. Ibis offered simple free breakfast at 4am-7am to convenience the early flight guests, thumbs up!」

「The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and had a functional kitchen. It was actually more spacious than what it appeared in the photos. I like the speaker so much. It could be easily connected by bluetooth. Although I didn't know if it would be too loud to disturb others in the other room, I stayed low but still enjoyed the music. The hotel was just few minutes walk to the supermarket and 10-20 min walk to the CBD and the University of Auckland. I found this...

「Clean, nice spacious property what I expected for a new hotel. Toilet roll holder was about to fall off in my room. Easy for someone to fix however. Windows were dirty outside to didn’t get the cleanest view outside. Overall would stay again just small issues. :) thanks」

「We stayed there for 5 days while at a rugby tournament. The motel is very close to the motorway system, there are basic meals available in the cafe / restaurant, the parking area is very safe as there are key-controlled entry and exit gates and the reception staff were excellent. My car battery went flat and the lady at reception used her car's jumper leads to get it going again. Excellent stay. The only downside is no Sky TV.」

「沒有電梯、沒有電梯、沒有電梯，適合行李不多的人住，我們的房間在三樓但行李是2大2小，所以跟工作人員換到一樓，還好工作人員很好溝通，只是忘記還護照，不過一樓就不太通風而且隔音不太好，會聞到印度咖喱的味道，共用廚房的爐灶不能用，房間有微波爐很方便但垃圾桶的踩踏壞了…」
