Staff were very helpful and polite. Room very comfortable with a good view of the basin. My husband and I had a very relaxing 2 day stay. We were married at the Waipuna hotel 13 years ago and this was our anniversary weekend :)

Loved staying here, really felt luxurious which was what I was going for! Only faults is the the beds we had were on wheels so every time we sat down the bed would move around, the spa pool wasn't very warm and we didn't get pool towels in the room. We enjoyed walking around the courtyards and enjoying the gardens and enjoying breakfast outside on the deck in the sun with the nice view of the bay. Can't wait to stay again!
