I am a regular (for long extended stays) to this great value place, clean and warm, near to where i need to be and there are 5 convenience stores within 500yds, 1 being 10yds away - just next door, a sandwich and a drink if needed. 5 miles to Media city, Salford and 5 miles to Manchester city centre...

「A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby...
