「The first room we were given, the ac did not work. After one hour of expecting the room to cool down, we asked to be moved to another room. The second room we were given was much better. The overall condition of the hotel was poor at best. We arrived late in the afternoon after driving all day and I was quietly walking my small dog in the hallway because it was too hot to walk outside. 「The front desk staff was welcoming. However, although I tried to give the place some grace because they are going through renovations, the room wasn't the cleanest I have seen in this chain. The shower door was very dirty on the bottom and the floor was sticky. When looking up, I see a bug in the light cover, too. A few things that could easily have made the stay better. As I was leaving, I grabbed some coffee and when I took the first sip, it was cold. A little disappointed all the way around.」

「Clean, quiet, comrtable Internet access for only about 30 minutes once I got on which needed desk help」

「Good breakfast selections, room was clean and staff very responsive. Shortcomings were rooms' appliance conditions. Staff responded well to facts that the fan/light unit in bathroom sounded like a jet idling for takeoff by switiching us to another room, where the TV didn't work and the AC unit also failed to work even when staff attempted to rectify situations. Also very responsive in trying to do so and then switching us to a third room where all shortcomings of previous two rooms did work.」

「Kitchen was fully equiped for cooking. Continental breakfast is not much but some drinks and sandwiches. 」
