「Was charged more than the reservation made!」

「Staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Parking was easy and the suites were really nice. Major drawback right now is the construction/remodel occurring during our stay. 」

「Booked for 2 nights. Only stayed 1. No refund for the 2nd night, even though Expedia told them to. Foreigners, am I right? Should've got refunded for the entire stay honestly. Entire place is trash. From the baseboards to the curtain slides to the flickering lights. Whole place smells like smoke. I highly recommend.... literally anywhere else.」

「I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. 」

「After checking in and entering our room #421 the room felt warmer than the AC unit stating 64*. We were gone most of the day Friday but when we returned the room was very warm. I just assumed the AC unit would eventually cool the room down some. Around midnight the unit showed FO (Freon out) so the rest of the night we sweated it out. Saturday I inform the clerk at the desk and he did have a new unit put in while we were gone. The two drawers to the desk/dresser would not stay closed. I will say...

「The staff at the front desk was amazing. Me and my sisters stayed here for a wedding. Overall the property was ok but this is a truck stop motel. Me and my sisters was a little uncomfortable as you can still this where all the truckers stop to spend the night. Location of property is good you literally have everything around you from food to mall everything 」

「The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud.」
