When checking in the front desk kady was busy on her phone. She acted put out with my question. I was there for one night suprising my daughter she was getting proposed to. Iasked if my room was close to hers and she said she didnt know. Like she couldnt look her up and tell me. Later we were hungry we asked where was a good place to go eat and she said she would go home, seriously we arent from around there she couldnt suggest something? Our refrigerator wasnt working it was rusted we only had enough for 1 person to have coffeein our room and we wasnt about to ask the front desk.

Staff appeared aloof and uncaring. They also conjugate and have personal conversations at the front desk. Allison though was very helpful after coming to fix the problem after my 2nd request. I had to walk from the 3rd floor both times because the number I called was not answered. The phone in the room did not work. Otherwise the room was clean and there were plenty of towels.

Probably worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Hotel was so dirty. Carpet stains all over the floor. Stains on the couch. Room smelled terrible like smoke and mold. Lady working the front desk wasnt the nicest but she got us a new room when requested due to the smell.

This was once a nice hotel but it is in need of renovation. The carpeting was stained and the room smelled sickening of mold. The sink faucet was loose and the baseboards dirty. There was a huge fight between employees at the check-in counter complete with hair pulling, fists flying and profanity We were eating breakfast and another guest there ran to help break up the fight while another called the police. Up until the police arrived they had to be separated because they were still trying to fight. It was terribly disturbing to all the guests having breakfast. I request a full refund for both the rooms I rented there.

While the bed was nice and the room spacious, it smelling sickening of mold. The bathroom faucet was loose and leaked. Baseboards filthy. Carpet had stains. Breakfast only mediocre. Plus there was a fight between employees in the lobby while we were eating breakfast! Fists flying, hair pulling, cursing profanity, a guest had to help break it up and another guest called the police. We were very disappointed as were other guests staying there. That is a nice building in a good location, and what a shame it is in such shape. We want a refund for our stay there. Contacting the company directly!
