"I loved my stay at the Congress Plaza Hotel. It was very clean throughout the hotel and my room was no different. I had a beautiful view of the lake and the Buckingham Fountain right out my window. I was within a few blocks of multiple train and bus stops to easily get throughout the city. The hotel is near Soldier Field, Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, Art Institute of Chicago, and countless other landmarks. I had everything I needed and the staff was very friendly. I have already recommended the hotel to my friends and family. Thanks for a 5 star hotel experience!"
"I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Canopy Hilton Chicago! From the moment I arrived, everything about the property exceeded my expectations—the atmosphere, the design, the comfort, and the attention to detail were all top-notch.
While every part of my stay was wonderful, I have to give a special shout-out to Kevin, the bartender. He truly made my experience unforgettable. Kevin was welcoming, personable, and went above and beyond to create an incredible vibe at the bar. His energy, hospitality, and craft made me feel right at home and turned a great stay into an exceptional one.
I can’t recommend this property enough and will definitely be returning. Five stars all around!!"
Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
10/10 Excellent
"To start this hotel is extraordinary, the location is key if you want to explore Chicago. There is a Starbucks conveniently located outside and the grocery store across the street as well as multiple restaurants down the block. I would definitely rebook and consider this hotel as my first pick any other trip to Chicago. Personally I love pool activities and it seems dislocation many of the guests go out and so the pool is pretty private if you say so."
