「The hotel, room and breakfast everything is great. The only thing is that there was a construction across of the street and they did some noise at the mid night.」

「This is my second stay at the ROK in Kingston, Jamaica. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff very helpful. Service and food at the restaurant was excellent. The AC in the room was a bit too low/cold but could not be adjusted. Overall stay was very comfortable.」

「When I arrived I was told by the owner that he didn't receive an update from Expedia because his internet isn't working properly. After standing there for a while, he called me back and said that if I could wait 1 hr, he would give me a room for the night. Bear in mind I paid for 2 nights but he said Expedia didn't charge the right amount. I sent him my receipt and then told him I need my 2 nights. He stuck to the 1 one night offer and 1hr wait. After that, he called again saying I should go to...
