「Desk clerk was great. Super helpful and friendly. I appreciated his attention to detail.」

「Although our check in was at 3pm and room wasn’t ready until 3:30. We had a great stay. Super clean rooms and the staff were helpful. I had a delayed flight and they were able to push out my check out time and they held on to my luggage.」

「The hotel is a bit far from the center, but everything else was fantastic. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of milk, bread, and fresh fruit. Most importantly, it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great sleep. Definitely worth it if you don't mind the distance!」

「The check-in process is not customer-friendly. I could not find my reservation at the kiosk. Only two regular front desk counters were open, the wait time exceeded 20 minutes. If the hotel promotes self-service, the system must be more user-friendly.」
