Our experience was very disappointing. From check-in to check-out, the staff was consistently rude and unhelpful. I paid for a renovated room but was given an old, dirty one instead. The towels provided had visible stains, and housekeeping clearly did not inspect the room properly.
Despite mentioning it was a special family trip for my father’s 55th birthday, there was no acknowledgment or effort to make our stay enjoyable. Security unnecessarily questioned my age, even though I’m nearly 30, and front desk staff repeatedly placed me on hold while promptly answering calls from other guests.
No apology, no compensation — nothing was done to make things right. As a front desk supervisor myself, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and cleanliness. Staff training and better quality control are urgently needed. If I could give zero stars, I would.
